Serenity Wines is produced from selected sites across Padthaway, South Australia, a cool-climate pocket of the Limestone Coast where terra rossa and limestone soils sit beneath a maritime-influenced climate. 

The name reflects a quality the wines are built to embody: calm, precision, structure that holds rather than fades.

Careful site selection and considered winemaking bring out the best of the fruit. Full-bodied and structured, these are wines built for depth and longevity rather than lightness.

Serenity Infinitum, Padthaway SA —  Shiraz2021

Infinitum takes its name from the enduring character of this land — limestone-laced soils that have quietly produced fruit of real distinction for decades, long before Padthaway had a reputation to match. It's a fitting name for a wine built to outlast the moment it's opened.

This is a premium regional Shiraz, full-bodied and generously structured. Integrated French and American oak lends depth and warmth without dominating the fruit, while firm, well-managed tannins give real backbone. Dark blueberry sit at the core, layered with cedar and  chocolate from the oak regime, over a subtle earthy minerality drawn from the limestone below.

The finish is long and structured — a wine that rewards patience now or several years in the cellar. Infinitum, true to its name, is built to go the distance.
