The 2015 No. 6 leans into everything Margaret River Cabernet does well — bay leaf and cassis up front, a thread of chocolate, and a lift of fresh red berries that keeps it from feeling heavy. Merlot in the blend rounds out the mid-palate with brighter fruit, while the Cabernet backbone gives it real structure: fine, persistent tannin, crisp acid, a touch of oak, and a mineral edge that lingers.
