Some producers spend a lifetime chasing a single great wine. Anthony Woollams has made two — and they couldn't be more different.

This mixed six brings together both cuvées from Domaine Anthony Woollams in equal measure, offering a rare opportunity to explore the full range of what the West Tamar can produce when given fifteen years, two grape varieties, and an uncompromising winemaker.

The Blanc de Blanc opens the conversation. Built around wild-fermented Chardonnay with reserve components dating back to 2009, it spent over two years on lees before disgorgement in April 2024 with a delicate 4g/L dosage. Bright citrus on the nose, creamy and persistent on the palate — this is Tasmanian sparkling at its most refined.

The Blanc de Noir answers back. Drawn from 30-year-old estate Pinot Noir, cold soaked, wild fermented in puncheon, and disgorged in March 2024 at zero dosage, it's a sauvage-style wine of rare conviction — its burnished partridge-eye hue belying a palate of wild plum, bitter orange, and honey, driven by a vigorous mousse and real tannin grip. A sparkling wine built for the table, not the aperitif glass.

Together, they tell the complete story of this extraordinary West Tamar estate — elegance and power, precision and wildness, the same cool-climate terroir expressed through two very different lenses. A collection to open, compare, and savour slowly.
